Our history
Founded in 1994 by a former Bar President.
The firm was founded in 1994 by Maître Thomas Dingamgoto, former President of the Chad Bar. For three decades, it has supported companies and institutions in their most strategic operations in Chad and the OHADA area.
The founder sits as arbitrator at the OHADA Common Court of Justice and Arbitration (CCJA), giving the firm an intimate knowledge of OHADA business law and regional arbitration. The firm is currently ranked Band 1 in General Business Law in Chad by Chambers & Partners 2025, and is a member of the GBM Global Alliance international network.
